First of all, you need an account. If you have not one you can do it here: https://accounts.google.com/SignUp?service=blogger&continue=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.blogger.com%2Floginz%3Fd%3D%252Fcreate-blog.g%253Fna%253Dtrue%26a%3DADD_SERVICE_FLAG&hl=en_GBNow, decide what is going to be the topic. Choose the text, photographs or even videos. To begin with, access into your blogger account and click on "new blog". Put the title that you have chosen (f. Ex. Cupcakes Recipes). Below, put your blog address without spaces (f. Ex. CupcakesRecipes.blogspot.com).
Next, choose the template and click on "create blog". Now you have your own blog CONGRATULATIONS! But... we have to post something to make it real. So click on "start posting" to write your first report. Then you can choose the font, size, or if you want to add photos, there are a lot of possibilities. After that, remember to save the changes and then...publish it!
To follow with, click on "view blog" to see your blog and your post as the rest of internet users are going to see it. If you do not like how it seems, you can modify whatever you want over and over again. Go to "Layout", "Template" , "Background" or "Advanced options" (font, color, size, etc.) to make modifications. When you finish the changes remember to click on "apply blog".
Other interesting things...in "back to blogger" you can select other settings that could appear or not in your blog page (google+, comments, followers, etc.). And "Layout" is useful to configure all kinds of issues (number of pages, information about the author, put labels or not, different gadgets, etc.). Remember again, if you make any change save it!
As you have seen there are a lot of options to personalize a personal blog to make it unique to you and your public. Finally, try to do it and have fun! It is easier that it seems.
